Kickapoo Junction

Denny has been playing music around Central Illinois since the mid 60's. He started playing drums at the age of 6 and was playing paying gigs at 8. He switched to bass when he turned 19 and has never looked back. His early days were spent playing in rocked up country bands around the local music scene. He finally settled into the classic rock genre until he met David and Sarah to help form Kickapoo Junction. Denny has been quoted saying, "that he has not had this much fun in a band in a long time"! 

His favorite hobby is traveling with his wife in the camper, seeing this great land one campground at a time. Denny is a proud parent of 3 successful kids and 5 grandchildren. Denny and his wife Theresa make their home in rural Tazewell County. He's been influenced by everyone he has ever known but mostly by his parents and Larry Fogelberg his high school band director.
